Was only here for weekend, though would go back in flash. We chose this place for great location short walk to Norwich has to offer, and the city centre, bus station and shops, and great prices...
Couldn’t fault. It met requirements.

The apartment was clean and well-furnished, with lovely linen and comfortable furniture. It had all the necessary amenities, such as toiletries and a well-stocked kitchen with tea and coffee. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the railway station and close to a gym and the city center.
The street where the apartment was located felt deserted and slightly unsafe, especially at night. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep, as noise from neighbors cooking and partying could be heard throughout the night.

We had a wonderfully comfortable stay at this apartment on Lower Clarence Road. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the railway station. The living room is bright and airy, thanks to its full-length windows, and the whole apartment has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped. It was a cozy and clean space, with all the amenities we needed, including complimentary tea, coffee. We were impressed by the attention to detail and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Looking forward to coming back!

The host was very friendly and accommodating, making communication easy. The apartment was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a well-functioning heating system. It felt like a home away from home, equipped with useful tools and even a selection of movies. I loved the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the host. Despite a slightly deserted street, the location was convenient for reaching the city center and other amenities. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Norwich.

Great facilities and comfortable bed. Convenient location, just a short walk to the city center and parking included.
The neighborhood lacks shops and restaurants nearby, meaning you have to walk 15-20 minutes to find some. the street where the apartment is located can feel deserted and a bit unsafe at all times of the day and night.

We had a fantastic stay at Lower Clarence Road. The location was convenient, with the rail station and shops just a short walk away. Our top flat provided us with beautiful views of Norwich. The spacious rooms were tastefully furnished, and we found the apartment to be great value for money. Despite staying on match night, the area remained quiet, with the pleasant sound of enthusiastic crowds in the background. The second set of stairs leading to the flat was a bit steep, but it was manageable for us, even in our 70s. The presence of a sturdy handrail was reassuring. our stay was comfortable, stress-free, and filled with fun.
There was nothing that we didn't like during our stay.
